Cho River Hydroelectricity Station project No 1, 2, 3 at Khanh Vinh district, Khanh Hoa province - a joint venture between VNECO9, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Power Construction Joint Stock Corporation establishing Cho River Hydroelectricity Joint Stock Company to carry out the project. VNECO9 contributes 30% charter capital of the project.

Cho River Hydroelectricity Station project No 2 with 5.6 MW power will be the starting point of other Cho River Hydroelectricity Station projects. The essential tasks for the implementation of the project is currently urgently completed including compensation, space clearing, the seeking and destruction of underground explosives and the completion of design documents of roads, electricity system and connective power in order to make it possible to begin the construction of the factory in the fourth quarter of year 2008. As planned, the project will be completed in 2010.
